ABOUT UCL

A non-profit organization dedicated to growing cricket in New England since 2014.

OUR MISSION

The United Cricket League is a non-profit organization run entirely by parent volunteers. Our mission is to promote and develop cricket at the grassroots level, providing opportunities for youth and adults to learn, play, and excel in the sport.

We believe cricket is more than just a sport — it teaches discipline, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. Through our programs, we aim to build a vibrant cricket community that nurtures talent and fosters lifelong friendships.

OUR VISION

To be the premier cricket organization in New England, recognized for excellence in youth development, competitive adult leagues, and community engagement.

We envision a future where cricket is a mainstream sport in the United States, accessible to every child and adult regardless of background, and where UCL alumni represent the nation at the highest levels.

PEC PROGRAM

Physical Education Cricket

UCL's PEC program is a groundbreaking initiative that brings cricket into school physical education curricula. By partnering with schools across Massachusetts, we introduce children to cricket in a structured, age-appropriate format.

The program provides schools with equipment, trained instructors, and a curriculum designed to teach cricket fundamentals while promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and cultural awareness. PEC has been instrumental in introducing thousands of children to cricket who may never have encountered the sport otherwise.
